Schedule for Bergen Philharmonic's US Concert Tour Announced
Norway's Bergen Philharmonic, under the baton of Music Director Andrew Litton, will be making its first concert tour in of the United States, after a 41-year absence, in the fall of 2007. With performances in 18 cities, the tour coincides with the Centenary of Edvard Grieg's death. Grieg was himself the Music Director of the Bergen Philharmonic from 1880 to 1882.
